Welcome to Word Lab: Alchemist Vocabulary. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information relating to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It

Word Lab: Alchemist Vocabulary is designed as a local-first application.

• Local Storage (Offline): All your learning progress, study plans, custom word lists, memory drawings, and quiz results are stored locally on your device's sandbox. We do not transmit, back up, or sync this progress data to external servers.
• No Account Registration: We do not require you to register an account, log in, or provide any personal identification information (such as your name, email, or phone number) to use the core features of the application.
• Customer Support Email: If you choose to contact us via email for support or feedback (at maumcrafted@gmail.com), we receive your email address, sender name, and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve technical issues. We do not use this data for marketing or share it with third parties.

3. Third-Party Services and Telemetry

Our app operates independently of external database synchronization. We currently do not integrate any third-party ad networks or user tracking SDKs.

Apple Diagnostics: If you have opted into sharing crash logs and usage statistics with developers in your iOS device settings, Apple Inc. may collect anonymous diagnostic telemetry. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for more information.

4. Data Retention and Security

Since your study logs, schedules, and drawings remain exclusively on your physical iOS device, the security of this data is dependent on your device's operating system security (iOS passcode, FaceID/TouchID, sandboxing, and device encryption).

Retention: Local data is stored until you delete the application from your device. Support emails are retained only as long as necessary to address your feedback or support ticket, after which they are deleted or archived securely.

5. Children's Privacy

Our application is suitable for students of all ages. Because we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from the application to external servers, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 14 in respective jurisdictions) in compliance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).

6. Your Privacy Rights

Regardless of your location, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or deletion of any email correspondence you have sent to us. If you would like us to delete email support records containing your information, please contact us.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications in our software or legal compliance requirements. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
